Layer Visibility Toggle

In 2021, I switched the project to TypeScript. I did this slowly, meaning not everything was fully typed yet, and there were plenty of typing problems. This month I finally consider the migration to be 100% complete. There were still more than a thousand errors (they didn't affect the runtime), and I'm glad they're gone.

Now something that is more visible to users: As a little break from the selection tool, I worked on a visibility toggle for layers which has been requested frequently and should offer a good QoL improvement.

I released it today!
